These are only starting prices, other factors such as Size, Foliage, and
conducive conditions may warrant a higher price.
This is a very detailed treatment, it includes inside and outside of your Home, this is
a lot more than your typical baseboard spraying. It starts with an inspection of your
home, and certain key areas are noted, I look for the conducive conditions that may
help insects live. If needed an I P M report will be prepared for you at this time. The
treatment is based on this inspection. Sometimes Caulk, or copper mesh will be a
better treatment than Chemicals.
This Program covers most Insects for example
Household Ants, Spiders, Earwigs, Crickets, Rodents (inside),
Silverfish, and Fleas (inside), Carpenter Ants, and many others.
All Pesticides are carefully chosen with safety in mind I use the
Eco-Smart line of products for the general maintenance, and other low impact
chemicals for infestations that warrant more control.
The Pest Tube Program
You do have a choice in service providers!
"Pest Tubes in the Wall" Type systems. If you have a Pest Tube system installed in
your home, Keith’s Pest can service any Pest Control Tube system.
You do have a choice. The ECO-Smaert products are a plant based Chemical that
will not clog or cause damage your In-Wall Pest control tube system that may be
installed in your home. Keith's Pest has extensive experience in the treatment of
"Inside the Walls Pest control Tubes" I can even make repairs
